Women Empowerment Program

Yuva Aawaz Samaj Ki Shakti has transformed thousands of lives through evidence-based
programs that focus on expanding women’s economic opportunities, increasing women’s rights
and security, and advancing women’s political participation. Yuva Awaz Samaj ki Shakti
practices an integrated approach that promotes gender equality across all programs. This
program was conducted in March 2016 .

We work with individuals and communities to change attitudes and social norms that perpetuate gender-based violence and the exploitation of women and girls. The program was conducted with the intention to end all forms of discrimination. Women and girls must be granted equal opportunities with men and boys in employment, leadership and decision-making at all levels. They must play a role in peace building and state-building and have full access to information and communications technology
