Thee Yuva Awaz Samaj ki Shakti Society conducted training workshop at Noida for the women and trained them on how to make various kinds of pickles and jams. The products made by the students were marketed within the area and the profits earned from the sale of these products are given to the students involved in making the product
- Basic Course is for 3 days
- Number of participants are 15
- Course fess is Rs.100/-.
After the completion of this training the participants were able to:
- Explain various types of pickles that can be produced.
- Know the process involved in manufacturing a variety of pickles.
- Recognize the hygiene & aspects associated with food products.
- Know how to market pickles in a competitive environment.
